Stephanie "HAM" Willingham

Augusta, GA

Although I love to paint, My true nature loves to build things with my hands as in the way God built us. Something about being able to take a form from its original content and transforming it into something else, causing it to exist! Please, do not hesitate to contact me for anything, and if I am not able to fulfill your needs, I will direct you to someone who can. Thanks for visiting Hams-Art, Some art is available for purchase.

Stephanie “Ham” Willingham moved to Augusta, Ga in 2002 from Chicago IL. Art was always something she wanted to pursue, but had to idea of her own capabilities or even where to begin. After being a resident of Georgia for a few years she enrolled in Augusta Technical College to pursue and complete an Associates degree in Graphic Design, and later a Bachelors of Fine art from Augusta University with a Focus on Ceramics and Sculpture. Ham has held several local and non-local solo and group exhibitions, and has been a featured artist at the Chamber of Commerce in Augusta, Ga. She has also had work displayed in the Municipal Building in downtown Augusta. Ham is skilled in Painting, ceramics, woodworking, sculptures, and has already done several murals throughout the Augusta area, including Hornsby Elementary and MTAG sports complex. Ham’s hope is for her art to become permanent sources of joy and inspiration in homes, museums, and public places locally, nationally, and internationally. She is currently the Visual Arts Director at the Jessye Norman School of the Arts located in downtown Augusta Georgia, and she is also the Chief Operating Office for NUBAG.
